What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund
- Refund requests after the 3-day window
- Accounts that have already consumed Pro plan credits
- Renewal payments (only first-time purchases)
- Upgrade fees if you've already used credits from the higher plan
- Change of mind after using the service extensively
Credit Consumption Policy
What Counts as Credit Consumption
- Sending any email notifications using Pro plan credits
- Using any premium features that require credit deduction
- Consuming monthly credit allowances for notifications
What Does NOT Count as Credit Consumption
- Daily check-in credits (these are free rewards)
- Initial 200 signup credits (these are free credits)
- Browsing the dashboard or setting up projects without sending notifications
How to Request a Refund
